Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time About Gold Transportation Gold Transportation LLC is a growing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company seeking dependable, professional drivers throughout Northern Virginia. We provide transportation for patients traveling to medical appointments, dialysis treatments, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities. We are looking for drivers who are punctual, responsible, friendly, and committed to providing safe, reliable transportation. Both company vehicles and approved personal vehicles are welcome. Responsibilities Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments. Complete assigned pickups and drop-offs on time. Communicate with dispatch regarding trip updates, delays, and cancellations. Assist passengers entering and exiting vehicles when appropriate. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle. Use GPS navigation and a smartphone to manage trips. Complete required trip documentation. Follow company safety policies and transportation requirements. Requirements Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to pass required background checks. Reliable smartphone with GPS. Good communication and customer service skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to complete required NEMT training and credentialing. Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, with reasonable accommodation where applicable. Preferred Experience Previous NEMT driving experience. Familiarity with MTM, SafeRide, MediDrive, or similar transportation brokers. Previous taxi, shuttle, rideshare, or professional driving experience. Experience transporting wheelchair passengers. Knowledge of Northern Virginia roads and medical facilities. Vehicle Options Company Vehicle: Qualified drivers may operate a Gold Transportation company vehicle. Personal Vehicle: Drivers may use their own vehicles after meeting applicable insurance, inspection, vehicle, and broker approval requirements. Schedule and Compensation $18–$20 per hour, depending on the agreed position and pay arrangement. A separate $160/day arrangement may be available for qualifying schedules. Morning and afternoon shifts based on trip availability. Full-time and part-time opportunities. Potential recurring medical transportation routes.
