About Us 1st Call Medical Transportation LLC is an Arkansas-based non-emergency medical transportation company providing safe, reliable transportation for ambulatory and wheelchair passengers. Position: NEMT Driver — Full-Time Location: Little Rock, Arkansas, and surrounding communities. Pay: $13–$15 per hour. Responsibilities * Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments. * Assist ambulatory and wheelchair passengers. * Properly secure wheelchairs and mobility equipment. * Follow assigned routes and maintain trip records. * Keep company vehicles clean and perform daily safety inspections. * Provide professional, respectful customer service. Requirements * Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. * Reliable, punctual, and compassionate. * Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs. * Must complete required background checks, driving record checks, and drug screening. * Must complete wheelchair safety training and required certifications. * Previous NEMT experience is not required.
