As a medical transportation driver, you'll help individuals throughout Ohio get to their destinations safely, comfortably, and on time. Our services include wheelchair-accessible transportation for passengers who depend on reliable transportation. If you enjoy driving, helping others, and making a positive impact in your community, this could be a great opportunity. No CDL required! We provide the vehicle and paid training. What You'll Do Safely transport passengers to scheduled destinations. Assist passengers and properly secure wheelchairs and passenger restraints. Follow assigned schedules and plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals. Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional vehicle environment. Report vehicle maintenance concerns promptly. Use GPS navigation and mobile applications to manage transportation responsibilities. Provide courteous, respectful, and dependable customer service. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old. Valid Ohio driver's license held for at least two years. Clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, physical examination, and criminal background check. Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable using smartphones, text messaging, GPS navigation, and mobile applications. Dependable work history and a professional attitude. Successful drivers are: Patient, compassionate, and respectful toward passengers. Reliable and committed to arriving on time. Comfortable working independently.
