Role Overview: Provide safe, reliable non-emergency medical transportation for Medicaid and Medicare members. Key Responsibilities Transport patients from homes or facilities to scheduled appointments. Assist patients with boarding and mobility devices as needed. Follow assigned routes using a technology platform to ensure on-time performance. Document trips accurately and communicate effectively with dispatch.
