Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Role: Medical Transportation Driver Responsibilities: Safely transport Medicaid and Medicare members to medical appointments, operate personal or company vehicles, follow app-based routes, assist passengers—including those with mobility needs, conduct vehicle safety checks, secure riders, and maintain trip records in the digital platform. Additional Duties: Collaborate with dispatch and support teams, deliver courteous and on-time service, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Strong driving skills, attention to safety, excellent customer service, ability to follow directions, and familiarity with digital platforms. Must be dependable, courteous, and committed to improving access to care.
