Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Role: Patient Transport Driver Responsibilities Provide safe, reliable non-emergency medical transportation for Medicaid and Medicare members. Pick up patients from homes or facilities and transport them to scheduled appointments. Assist patients with boarding and mobility devices as needed. Follow assigned routes using the technology platform, ensuring on-time performance. Document trips accurately and communicate effectively with dispatch. Qualifications & Skills Excellent driving skills and a strong safety mindset. Professionalism and empathy for vulnerable patient populations. Ability to operate technology platforms and adhere to routes.
