Role: Medical Transportation Driver Responsibilities Safely transport Medicaid and Medicare members to medical appointments Operate personal or company vehicle following app-based routes Assist passengers, including those with mobility needs Conduct vehicle safety checks and secure riders Maintain trip records using digital platforms Adhere to HIPAA and safety regulations Collaborate with dispatch and support teams Provide courteous, reliable, and timely service to improve access to care Qualifications & Skills Ability to operate a vehicle safely Strong communication and customer service skills Attention to safety and regulatory compliance Experience with digital trip record-keeping is a plus Compassionate and professional attitude
