Role: Medical Transportation Driver Responsibilities: Safely transport Medicaid and Medicare members to medical appointments, operate personal or company vehicles, follow app-based routes, assist passengers including those with mobility needs, conduct vehicle safety checks, secure riders, maintain trip records in digital platform, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Strong safety awareness, excellent customer service, ability to follow directions, and basic digital literacy for trip record-keeping.
