Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, professional, and safety‑focused Driver to join our team. In this role, you will transport patients safely and on time, provide excellent customer service, and follow all company and compliance procedures. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly support our mission of delivering high‑quality medical transportation services. Duties Safely operate company vehicles, including wheelchair and stretcher‑equipped units. Follow assigned routes and adapt as needed to meet schedule demands. Provide professional communication and customer service during all pickups and transports. Assist patients according to company training and safety protocols. Maintain accurate trip documentation, including mobility type, timestamps, and incident reporting. Collaborate with dispatch and team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Proven experience as a driver; NEMT experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to follow company policies, compliance rules, and safety standards. Knowledge of route planning and safe driving practices. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Drivers may reside anywhere within the Commonwealth of Virginia. Trip assignments may require driving to any location within Virginia based on the daily schedule provided by NIMOS Trans LLC. Drivers are expected to report to their assigned routes on time and complete all scheduled trips regardless of pickup or drop‑off location.
