Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Role: Patient Transport Driver Responsibilities Provide safe, reliable non-emergency medical transportation for Medicaid and Medicare members. Pick up patients from homes or facilities and transport them to scheduled appointments. Assist patients with boarding and mobility devices as needed. Utilize a technology platform to follow assigned routes and maintain punctuality. Document trips accurately and communicate effectively with dispatch. Qualifications & Skills Strong driving skills and a safety-conscious attitude. Professionalism and empathy for vulnerable populations. Ability to operate technology platforms and follow routes. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
