Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Role: Patient Transport Driver Responsibilities Provide safe, reliable non-emergency medical transportation for Medicaid and Medicare members. Pick up patients from homes or facilities and transport them to scheduled appointments. Assist patients with boarding and mobility devices as needed. Utilize technology platform to follow assigned routes, ensure on-time performance, and document trips. Communicate effectively with dispatchers to coordinate transportation. Qualifications & Skills Excellent driving skills and a strong safety mindset. Professionalism and empathy for vulnerable patient populations. Ability to follow routes accurately and maintain punctuality. Strong communication skills.
