Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Role: Patient Transport Driver Responsibilities Provide safe, reliable non-emergency medical transportation for Medicaid and Medicare members. Pick up patients from homes or facilities and transport them to scheduled appointments. Assist patients with boarding and mobility devices as needed. Follow assigned routes using the company’s technology platform. Maintain on-time performance and document trips accurately. Communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications & Skills Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety. Professionalism and empathy for vulnerable patient populations. Strong communication skills. Ability to operate technology platforms for routing and documentation.
