Role: Medical Transportation Driver Key Responsibilities Safely transport Medicaid and Medicare members to medical appointments using personal or company vehicles. Follow app-based routes and assist passengers, including those with mobility needs. Conduct vehicle safety checks and secure riders properly. Maintain accurate trip records in the digital platform. Adhere to HIPAA and safety regulations. Collaborate with dispatch and support teams to ensure smooth operations. Deliver courteous, on-time service to improve access to healthcare. Qualifications & Skills Ability to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly. Strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail for record-keeping and safety checks. Knowledge of safety and privacy regulations, including HIPAA. Comfort in assisting passengers with mobility needs. Reliability and professionalism in service delivery.
