Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver ($1000 to $1500 WEEKLY!)

JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Non-emergency Medical Transportation Driver( MUST HAVE RELIABLE GAS SAVING VEHICLE) Reporting to: Transportation Manager Classification: INDEPENDENT CONTRACT POSITION(LIKE UBER/LYFT) Compensation: $1000 to $1500 WEEKLY!) . Effective Date: TBD Probation Period: 30 Day Orientation SUMMARY Provide the transportation of patients/clients to and from hospitals, convalescent facilities, dialysis centers, rehabilitation centers, medical offices and their private residences in a safe, secure and professional manner. REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE RELIABLE CAR FOR TRANSPORT) Must be willing to work early mornings Must be willing to drive any where around Indiana(long distances included) Must comprehend, and comply with, the All Points Assisted Transportation Employee Handbook, Driver Manual, and Driver Training outline. Exceed minimum age requirement of 25 years. Must possess a valid Indiana Driver's license, No more than 1 moving violation or 1 “at fault” accident within the past 3 years. Pass a mandatory pre‐employment drug and alcohol screening. Must pass a mandatory criminal background test. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Transporting patients and clients utilizing personal vehicles in a safe and professional manner. Effective communicates with dispatch regarding schedule progress and to receive instructions. Maintain a professional image and attitude in regards to clients, visitors and co‐workers. Complete daily vehicle pre‐trip and post trip inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness. Assist clients and patients as needed to safely complete the transfer. Must understand instructions in English (both written and spoken). Must be able to accurately complete activity logs vehicle reports. Must be able to understand and operate GPS devices, 2 way radios, and cell phones. Perform all duties as assigned by All Points Assisted Transportation.
