Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Non-Commercial Driver’s License (NCDL) Driver for Over-the-Road (OTR) routes for 26 Ft Box Truck. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate 26 Ft box truck across long distances, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. As a key player in our logistics operations, you will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks on OTR routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and secure placement of goods. Deliver packages and freight to designated locations, maintaining accurate delivery documentation and route logs. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure optimal safety and performance. Assist with warehouse activities such as inventory management, moving stock, and organizing shipments as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior, reporting any maintenance issues promptly. Experience Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier with a focus on route driving is highly preferred. Proven ability to handle heavy lifting, moving, or warehouse tasks efficiently. Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles. Familiarity with pallet jack usage is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, driving, and vehicle maintenance. Valid Non-Commercial Driver’s License (NCDL) with a clean driving record is required. Driving and Background checks will be done.
