Non CDL Truck Driver

Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks to deliver goods across designated routes, following all traffic laws and DOT regulations. Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment while practicing safe lifting practices. Assist with warehouse operations by moving materials, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean work environment. Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries using mobile devices, including route logs, delivery confirmations, and incident reports. Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries and addressing any questions or concerns. Adhere to weight handling guidelines in the workplace to prevent injuries and ensure safe load distribution. Follow safety protocols for heavy lifting, manual transmission operation, and the use of material handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Qualifications Previous delivery driver experience with a focus on courier or non-CDL truck driving preferred. Warehouse experience is highly desirable, including material handling and warehouse operations. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks and personal vehicles required. Knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic safety standards. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while following manual handling best practices. Familiarity with route driving using mobile devices for navigation and delivery tracking.
