Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Non-CDL Truck Driver and Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating non CDL flat bed trucks and material handling equipment, including forklifts, to transport goods within our warehouse and deliver products to customers. Your energetic approach will ensure timely deliveries, efficient warehouse operations, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate Flat bed trucks and commercial trucks while adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws during route driving and delivery Load and unload cargo using forklifts, and manual handling techniques, ensuring safe lifting practices and proper weight handling in the workplace Drive delivery routes efficiently, maintaining accurate delivery schedules and providing excellent customer service upon delivery Assist with warehouse operations by moving inventory, organizing stock, and supporting material handling activities using appropriate equipment Conduct routine inspections of trucks and forklifts to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs promptly Load, secure, and unload shipments with attention to safety protocols, manual handling standards, and heavy lifting procedures Use mobile devices or handheld scanners to track deliveries, update logs, and communicate with team members effectively Skills Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse operations and material handling equipment operation Valid driver’s license with experience driving trucks or commercial vehicles; familiarity with manual transmission is a plus Delivery driver experience with a focus on route driving, adhering to traffic regulations, and providing excellent customer service Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following manual handling best practices Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial vehicle operation and weight handling in the workplace Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Strong communication skills for coordinating deliveries, updating digital logs on mobile devices, and interacting professionally with customers Join our team if you’re energetic about driving, moving goods efficiently, and ensuring safe warehouse operations!
