Non‑CDL Route Driver, Final‑Mile Operations

As a Non‑CDL Route Driver, you’ll combine safe driving, customer care, and precise recordkeeping to ensure products arrive on time and in great condition. Your impact Operate a box truck with a GVWR under 26,001 lbs (and other vehicles as assigned) to complete approximately 10–20 deliveries per day. Meet tight timelines and uphold safety standards in all weather. Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to keep equipment road‑ready. Maintain compliant documentation: driver’s logs, fuel purchase logs, and all records required by company policy and law. Use a company-issued handheld device to track, confirm, and close out deliveries. Provide clear, courteous communication to customers, peers, and leaders. Collect payments from customers at delivery when required. Assist with loading and unloading; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers occasionally. Physical expectations Lift 50 lbs frequently; lift up to 80 lbs on occasion. Team-lift or use mechanical assists for commercial tires. Exert up to 40 lbs of pushing force when handling barrels or industrial/agricultural tires. Workdays typically span 8–12 hours.
