Our freight volume is increasing rapidly, offering steady work and long-term opportunity. All drivers will be cross-trained to operate both 26ft box trucks and cargo vans. Hiring Locations & Immediate Start Dates We are currently hiring drivers based out of the Houston, TX and Dallas, TX metro areas. Applicants must be fully available to start on the designated start date for their selected hiring area. Open truck availability is scheduled as follows: October 19, 2026: 1 Opening October 26, 2026: 2 Openings November 2, 2026: 2 Openings Compensation & Pay Structure Base Pay: $0.30 per mile Endorsement / Certification Bonus: +$0.03 per mile 60-Day Merit Increase: +$0.05 per mile (after 60 days) Paid Training * Pay is set at the rate above. Pay rate is non-negotiable. Pay raise after first 60 days. Do not apply if pay rate doesn't meet your needs. Benefits & Perks (Eligible after 60 days) Medical, Dental, and Vision plans 100% Company-Paid Life Insurance Paid Holidays Annual company-paid trip Paid nightly hotel stays (our trucks do not have sleepers—you stay comfortably in a hotel room during layovers) Schedule & Route Details Work Days: Monday through Friday (Weekends Off) Daily Mileage: Up to 480 miles per day Layovers: Most loads require nightly layovers in company-paid hotels Personal Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the truck dispatch/parking location for home time Responsibilities & Work Environment Safely operate 26ft box trucks and cargo vans across regional routes Perform standard DOT pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Handle loading and unloading of freight as needed Safely operate manual pallet jacks and truck lift-gates Maintain accurate logs and strictly comply with all DOT rules and regulations Uphold our punctuality standard: "Not just on time—before time." Requirements & Qualifications Age: 20+ years old Experience: Minimum 2 years of driving experience required License: Valid Driver's License (Non-CDL) with a clean driving record DOT: Must meet standard DOT medical and background requirements Equipment Experience: Preferred loading/unloading experience, manual pallet jack operation, and lift-gate knowledge Traits: Uncompromised reliability, safety-first mindset, trustworthy, and punctual Flexibility: Willing and excited to grow alongside a fast-paced, expanding carrier * Do not apply if you're looking for a mega company or an already established company.
