Non-CDL OTR Box Truck Driver Boxestoga LLC is looking for a reliable and responsible Non-CDL OTR Box Truck Driver to join our team. We offer consistent miles, weekly pay, and long-term work. Pay & Compensation $0.40 per loaded mile $0.25 per empty mile $875 guaranteed weekly minimum $50/day layover pay Additional bonus opportunities for driver assist and extra stops Paid weekly Approximately 3,000+ miles per week Schedule / Home Time Standard schedule: approximately 4 weeks OTR / 1 week off Drivers who prefer to stay on the road longer than 4 weeks are welcome to do so Home-time schedule can be discussed — we’re open to reasonable arrangements that work for both sides Truck & Equipment 16-ft curtain-side box truck (Conestoga-style) Ford Transit 350HD Under 10,000 lbs GVWR No CDL required Company truck and fuel card provided Truck is equipped with a sleeping area Refrigerator can be provided if needed Responsibilities Pick up and deliver freight safely and on time Properly secure freight Perform basic pre-trip inspections Maintain good communication with dispatch Keep the truck and cargo area clean Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices Communicate immediately about delays, mechanical issues, or other problems on the road Requirements Valid U.S. driver’s license LLC required Good driving record Responsible and reliable Good communication skills Comfortable staying OTR for extended periods Willing to learn and follow company procedures Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person. We will show you how everything works, explain our procedures, and help you get comfortable with the truck, freight securement, and day-to-day operations.
