Hiring: Hotshot Dually Drivers — Independent Contractors (1099) Nationwide | Shipstack Inc We're looking for experienced hotshot drivers to partner with us under our active authority. If you know dually + gooseneck work and want consistent miles, let's talk. Pay $0.45 per mile $50 flat per load requiring tarping $100 weekend layover fee (when dispatch delays offloading) Schedule Minimum 2 consecutive weeks over the road before home time Requirements 2+ years verifiable hotshot driving experience Valid Class C license (non-CDL) or higher, clean driving record Skilled with gooseneck/5th-wheel trailers, load securement & tarping DOT medical card; pass insurance approval, background check & drug test (onboarding 7–10 days) 1099 details: You receive a 1099-NEC — no taxes or benefits withheld.
