Non CDL hotshot Driver

Requirements - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Driver will be driving with 32 ft trailer Must be 30 years of age and have had at least 1 year of training Requires to be on the road Education and Training – High school education or equivalent is preferred but not required. Must pass a driving test conducted by Driven Transport personnel. Valid Class C Driver License is required. - clean driving record Skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Physical Demands - While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Working conditions - The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. PPE required. Responsibilities include: Inspects truck for defects before and after trips submits reports indicating truck condition. Ensure equipment is properly secured when hauling. Able to communicate with customer's workers to give direction if needed in loading/offloading process Pick up and deliver material safely Effectively communicate with dispatch Keep and organize the paperwork to be turned in at the office. (load reports, fuel receipts, and all other documentation associated as required and deemed applicable) Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations. Adhere to any and all PPE requirements at job sites Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week Work Location: On the road
