Residential Garbage Truck Driver Joseph J. Brunner Inc. — Zelienople, PA | Full-Time | Home Every Day CDL and Non-CDL drivers are welcome to apply. 2-3am start. Home around noon. Monday–Friday. We cover your health insurance premium and your deductible. PAY Non-CDL: $24.50/hr CDL-A or B: $25.50-26/hr 40–45 hrs/week with overtime most weeks BENEFITS Highmark BCBS — premium and deductible covered by us 401k + profit sharing (3–5% of annual pay) Paid vacation Life insurance + short-term disability Free Uniforms Boot & uniform reimbursement THE JOB Residential trash and recycling routes, Monday–Friday. Monday is recycling, Tuesday–Friday is garbage. Routes average 200–400 homes plus 20–25 commercial stops. Shifts run 7–10 hours. Total route time is about 45 hours a week. You'll have 2–4 weeks of paid training with a trainer before running solo. No CDL required, but CDL drivers are welcome and start higher. This is physical, outdoor work. You'll be getting in and out of the truck hundreds of times a day throwing trash in all weather. If that's not for you, this isn't the job. REQUIREMENTS DOT medical card (or ability to obtain) Clean MVR — no DUI, no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years Must live within 40 minutes of our location Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull containers CDL training opportunities available for the right candidate Apply now.
