We're looking for a hardworking, dependable leader to take the wheel and lead our moving crews. You'll be responsible for making sure every move runs smoothly, every customer has a great experience, and every team member knows what it takes to get the job done right. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll lead by example, driving company moving trucks (no CDL required), motivating your crew, and working hands-on to pack, load, unload, and move furniture and other heavy items. You'll be the face of the company on every job, making sure customers feel confident, the crew stays on track, and everything is handled safely and professionally. No two days are exactly alike. You'll need to think on your feet, solve problems, keep things organized, and bring a positive attitude to every job. WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT? You're someone who takes pride in hard work, shows up ready to go, and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves. You enjoy working with people, know how to lead a team, and understand that great customer service matters just as much as getting the job done. You'll need a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to lift and move heavy items throughout the day. Moving or leadership experience is a plus, but a great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn go a long way! WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
