Our team has successfully delivered more than 19 million packages to our community, and we are looking for reliable, safety-focused Delivery Drivers to join our team for the busy holiday season and beyond. No CDL is required. You’ll drive a safe, comfortable Amazon-branded delivery van while using the latest technology to navigate your route and deliver packages to our customers. SEASONAL NEW-HIRE INCENTIVES $25 STARBUCKS OR McDONALD'S GIFT CARD New employees can earn their choice of a $25 Starbucks or McDonald's gift card after: Successfully completing 2 days of training class , AND Successfully completing 4 delivery shifts independently after training. $300 SEASONAL SIGN-ON BONUS New employees can earn a $300 sign-on bonus if they: Successfully complete their scheduled shifts and remain in good standing; Do not have excessive safety violations; Do not have excessive attendance issues; AND Remain actively employed and in good standing with YESS Logistics through January 10, 2027 . Seasonal incentives are subject to eligibility requirements and successful completion of the conditions listed above. Employees must be actively employed and in good standing at the time an incentive becomes payable. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Work out of an Amazon delivery station Deliver a wide variety of Amazon packages Ensure timely, safe, and professional delivery of packages to customers Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each shift Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules with SAFETY FIRST Commit to a full-time schedule of 4 days per week / approximately 10 hours per day Follow company processes, procedures, and safety policies Provide professional and courteous customer service Delivery experience is preferred but not required Please be advised that this is a highly active and physically demanding position.
