TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring Non-CDL Drivers to join our moving crews! No CDL or previous moving experience required — we provide paid training to help you succeed. Our core purpose is to Move People Forward® , and that includes our hardworking team members! More than one-third of our franchise owners and 75% of our managers originally started as frontline employees. Full-time employees work an average of 8–10 hours per day, with schedules varying based on business needs. Work with a great team and help make a difference in our customers' lives every day What You'll Do Drive safely – Operate a 26-ft. moving truck, perform daily inspections, and follow safe driving practices. Stay active – Help load, unload, pack, and move customers' belongings safely and efficiently. Deliver great service – Communicate professionally with customers and complete required moving paperwork. Work as a team – Support your moving crew to complete jobs safely and provide an excellent customer experience. Be your best – Show up on time, bring a positive attitude, and take pride in your work. A Few Job Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license and safe driving record Ability to lift and carry items weighing 75 lbs. or more and perform physically demanding work, with or without reasonable accommodation Must complete required pre-employment background check and drug screening No CDL or moving experience required!
