Logistics is an independently owned and operated Amazon Delivery Service Partner serving the greater Apopka, FL area. We are hiring reliable and motivated Amazon Delivery Drivers and Package Couriers to join our team. No CDL is required, and no prior delivery experience is necessary. Paid training is provided. What We Offer: $21.75 per hour with overtime opportunities Company vehicle provided Paid training Health and dental insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Uniform vest provided at no cost Tuition/Schooling Reimbursement Program Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow Delivery Driver Responsibilities: Report to the warehouse each morning for package loadout and route assignment Load and unload Amazon packages into your assigned delivery vehicle Follow your assigned navigation route safely and efficiently Complete deliveries on time while providing excellent customer service Conduct pre-trip safety inspections and safely operate the company vehicle Follow all local and state driving laws and company policies Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, clocking in/out, and communication Communicate with the support team throughout the delivery day Assist fellow drivers with route support when needed Work in various weather conditions and maintain a consistent pace Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs Frequently get in and out of the delivery vehicle throughout the day Requirements – No CDL Required Valid U.S. driver's license and clean motor vehicle record Must be 21 years of age or older for vehicle operation and insurance purposes Strong English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to receive text communications from company management regarding scheduling and performance No CDL required.
