We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals who want to build a career they are proud of. Job Description As a Delivery Driver with Crews and Co. Logistics, your day will be dynamic, active, and rewarding. Here is what a typical day looks like: Report to our warehouse location each morning for route assignment and package loadout Load and unload packages into your delivery vehicle at the warehouse before heading out on your route Follow your navigated delivery route eciently and safely to ensure on-time package delivery Safely operate your company-provided delivery vehicle and conduct pre-trip safety inspections Adhere to all local and state driving laws, road regulations, and company safety policies Deliver 200-300 packages to residential and commercial locations, providing outstanding customer service at every stop Get in and out of the delivery van repeatedly throughout the day - this is an active, physical role Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, clock-in and clock-out, and team communication Communicate with your support team to resolve issues and ensure all deliveries are completed successfully Assist fellow drivers with route support calls when teammates need help completing their routes Work in all weather conditions while maintaining a positive, professional attitude End your shift back at the warehouse, completing all required administrative close-out tasks Qualifications Non CDL Delivery Driver Requirements We are looking for dependable, motivated Delivery Drivers - no CDL required. Here is what you will need to qualify: Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record (MVR will be reviewed - multiple violations may disqualify) Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and communication Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Must be available to receive work-related text communications from management Please Note: The hiring process takes approximately one week to complete.
