What You’ll Do as a Non CDL Delivery Driver As a Delivery Driver, you’ll provide dependable courier service, delivering packages and everyday essentials to customers throughout the community. Report to the warehouse for route assignments and loadout. Load and organize packages in your delivery vehicle before leaving the warehouse. Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle— no CDL required . Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules, completing 100 or more stops per day . Deliver packages to customers’ doorsteps with care and professionalism. Use navigation tools and maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures when required. Inspect your delivery vehicle, keep it clean, and report maintenance concerns. Follow traffic laws, safety standards, and company procedures. Communicate professionally with customers and your team. Return to the warehouse and complete end-of-shift procedures. This is an active delivery role involving frequent movement between your vehicle and customer locations, lifting and carrying packages, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Schedule and Work Location Full-time, in-person work in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Work 4–5 days per week , with shifts up to 10 hours . Day shifts with availability needed on weekdays and weekends . Reliable transportation to the reporting location is required. Delivery Driver Requirements Be at least 21 years old . Hold a valid driver’s license in the state of employment and meet driving-record requirements. Be able to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation . Be available for day shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Be able to follow delivery routes, manage time, and work independently. Maintain a dependable, professional attitude. Demonstrate a commitment to safe driving and excellent customer service . Meet applicable pre-employment screening requirements, including a background check.
