Delivery Driver Non CDL – Paid Training Provided Starting Warehouse Location: 6711 Belvedere Rd, West Palm Beach, FL Pay: $22.50/hr + Benefits Seasonal Opportunities Available (3 days minimum / including weekends) PBD (Palm Beach Delivers) is an independent Delivery Service Partner operating throughout Palm Beach County. We are growing our team and urgently hiring dedicated Delivery Drivers and Couriers who are motivated about customer service and ready to hit the road. Schedule: Set Weekly Schedule 9 - 10 hour shifts (2-3 days a week starting, with possiblity to move to 4 after 30 day review) Weekend availability required Afternoon shift Non CDL Delivery Driver Benefits $22.50/hr with overtime opportunities Paid training — no prior delivery experience required Company delivery van, uniforms, GPS devices, and all tools provided 3–4 day work week with 27–36 hour scheduling options Full-time employee benefits available for qualifying drivers Opportunity for permanent full-time placement based on performance Supportive team culture with ongoing driver safety monitoring Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible schedule 401K Delivery Driver Responsibilities As a Non CDL Delivery Driver with PBD, your day-to-day will include: Report to the warehouse each morning for shift loadout and package organization Load your delivery van with Amazon packages at the start of each shift Follow a navigated delivery route, completing 300–400+ stops daily within a 50-mile radius Provide outstanding customer service at every delivery stop Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Load and unload the delivery vehicle safely, handling packages up to 50 lbs. Navigate using GPS devices and troubleshoot delivery issues as they arise Perform delivery responsibilities in all weather conditions (rain or sun!) Maintain and fuel your delivery vehicle throughout the shift Return to the warehouse at the end of your shift and document any undeliverable packages Follow all designated driver safety protocols and procedures climbing in and out of the van, use of stairs, constant lifting up to 50lbs as needed. Support fellow drivers and team members as needed Delivery Driver Requirements – Non CDL We are looking for motivated Seasonal Delivery Drivers — no CDL required — who meet the following qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license in good standing (CDL not required — this is a Driver Non CDL role) Comfortable operating a cargo van or larger vehicle Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including lifting packages up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift Strong communication and customer service skills Must be eligible to work in the United States English fluency required for safe delivery operations and team communication Prior delivery, outdoor labor, or customer-facing experience is a plus — but not required Why Drive for PBD?
