Non-CDL Box Truck Driver & Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Non-CDL Box Truck Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for daily warehouse and distribution activities, including receiving, handling, organizing, and transporting goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities also include operating company vehicles, including non-CDL box trucks, as needed to support business operations. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet applicable DOT requirements. Position Description: Under the direction and supervision of the Manager-Logistic Operations, the Associate- Logistic Operations is responsible for all aspects of warehousing and distribution and all related activities for an assigned base of accounts. The position may also involve operating company vehicles to transport goods as needed. Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Perform assigned warehousing and distribution functions, including manually or mechanically loading and unloading trucks. Process, pack, stack, and label cargo according to approved standards. Operating mechanical and pneumatic assembly machines as directed. Operate company vehicles to transport goods as assigned. Provide guidance and training to junior Associates when necessary. Comply with all customer specifications, work standards, and instructions. Comply with all applicable government regulations, including CTPAT and DOT requirements. Maintain a positive attitude when conducting business, even under stressful conditions with customers, vendors and overseas agents, at all times. Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma required. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record. Must meet all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) driver qualification and certification requirements, including DOT medical certification and drug testing when required. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be detailed oriented and able to set priorities. Able to lift 60 lbs. unassisted. Stand for long periods of time. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Must be able to multitask and work under stressful conditions. Forklift certification not required, but preferred.
