Non-CDL Box Truck Driver & Site Operations Specialist

Linic Freight is hiring a Local, Non-CDL Box Truck Driver & Site Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations at Wing/SMS field sites. This is a hands-on, field-based role that combines driving, UAV/drone delivery site setup, warehouse support, and site maintenance. You will serve as Linic’s on-site support, working under the direction of the Site Operations Supervisor to keep UAV operations running safely, smoothly, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Driving & Transportation Operate a 26-ft box truck to transport materials between warehouses and field sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain required driver logs Ensure loads are secured and transported safely and efficiently Site & Warehouse Operations Support site setup, deployment, and ongoing operations Load, unload, stage, and move materials using forklifts or pallet jacks Assist with basic warehouse tasks and inventory handling as needed On-Site Coordination & Support Serve as “eyes and ears” for site equipment and facilities; report issues promptly Coordinate daily activities with the Site Operations Supervisor Perform basic site maintenance and troubleshooting Follow all DOT, OSHA, FAA, and company safety policies Extended periods of driving, standing, walking, and physical activity Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL not required) 1–2 years experience driving a 26-ft box truck or similar vehicle Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Strong communication skills and reliability Comfortable working outdoors and in active logistics environments Basic familiarity with hand tools Preferred Qualifications Forklift and pallet jack experience Background in logistics, warehousing, or field operations What We Offer Stable, full-time position with clear opportunities for growth Hands-on work in a fast-growing logistics operation Opportunity to support innovative delivery programs Paid training About Linic Freight Founded on a service-first mindset in 2007, Linic is a nationwide logistics company in an active growth phase.
