About Force Logistics LLC We’re a new freight company based in the Twin Cities, running 26ft box trucks for brokers and local businesses. We’re hiring our first drivers and plan to add more trucks in 2027. Get in early and grow with us. Pay 15% of your shift’s gross revenue Most weeks: $1,000–$1,600 Paid weekly Schedule Morning or evening shift, 8–12 hours a day, 5 days a week Weekend relief drivers also wanted Same shift every week, home every day Start date: November 2026 Where you’ll drive Mostly Twin Cities metro, plus regional out-and-back runs to Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota. What you’ll do Drive a 26ft non-CDL box truck Pick up and deliver freight, and get paperwork signed at each stop Do a quick truck inspection before and after each shift Requirements Valid driver’s license, clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years) DOT medical card, or able to get one 21 or older Box truck experience preferred Apply with your name, experience and which shift you want, or text (651) 239-4184 .
