You’ll be responsible for transporting goods using a box truck, adhering to all safety and traffic regulations, and providing exceptional customer service on every route. Duties Safely operate a non-CDL box truck for local deliveries, following designated routes and schedules Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques. Ensure all shipments are secured properly to prevent damage during transit Verify delivery addresses, obtain signatures, and complete delivery documentation accurately Assure all customers stops are kept at high standards of cleanlyness and organization. Maintain compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws at all times Use mobile devices to track routes, update delivery statuses, and communicate with dispatch as needed Skills Proven experience in delivery and driving box trucks in AZ, must have min of 1 year experience. Strong warehouse experience including manual handling, equipment such as pallet jacks Knowledge of commercial truck driving regulations and safe driving practices for van or box trucks. Ability to lift heavy objects safely while adhering to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards for weight handling in the workplace Familiarity with route driving, traffic regulations, and DOT compliance requirements Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Comfortable using mobile devices for route management and documentation Embark on a rewarding career where your driving skills make a difference!
