Non-CDL Box Truck Driver | $750–$1,000/Week GarWood Logistics LLC Location: Chillicothe, OH (Routes based out of Columbus/West Jefferson) Job Type: Full-Time, W-2 About the Position GarWood Logistics is hiring an experienced driver for our 26-foot box truck. Work primarily consists of Amazon Relay contracts and regional freight deliveries. Compensation Amazon Relay: $160 per block day, regardless of mileage or early completion. Spot loads: $0.45 per paid mile. Target earnings: $750–$1,000 per week. Five completed Amazon blocks earn $800. Weekly direct deposit, one week in arrears. Earnings depend on assignments and available work. Schedule Approximately 5 workdays per week. Amazon blocks are up to 13 hours but may finish earlier. Variable schedule Sunday–Saturday, including weekends. Early morning and overnight starts are common. Weekly schedules are typically available the preceding Friday. Requirements Valid driver's license (CDL not required). Minimum 6 months of experience operating a 26-foot box truck with a liftgate. Proficient in all standard commercial driving maneuvers, including safely and consistently backing into loading docks, reversing, making tight turns, and navigating confined spaces. Must pass a practical road test demonstrating these skills before employment. Valid DOT medical certificate or ability to obtain one. No serious moving violations within the past 3 years. No DUI convictions within the past 5 years. Fewer than 2 preventable accidents within the past 3 years. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and comfortable with a flexible schedule. Ability to use GPS, mobile dispatch applications, and electronic logging systems. Responsibilities Safely transport freight between warehouses, distribution centers, and delivery facilities. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Secure freight and operate a pallet jack and liftgate when required. Maintain accurate driving logs using Motive ELD. Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries, delays, and equipment concerns. Follow all applicable DOT safety and hours-of-service regulations. What We Provide Company-owned 2021 International MV 26-foot box truck with liftgate. Fuel, maintenance, and necessary equipment.
