Non-CDL Box Truck Driver — 1099 Independent Contractor McKinney, TX | $750–$1,750 per week + performance incentives Eamon Int Trading LLC / Eamon Express is looking for a reliable Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to operate a company box truck based in McKinney, Texas . This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity with weekly pay based on 25% of eligible gross revenue , plus the opportunity to earn additional performance incentives. The position involves transporting palletized freight, operating a liftgate and pallet jack , assisting with loading and unloading when required, and providing professional service to customers. We're looking for a driver who takes safety seriously, communicates well, takes care of the equipment and freight, and can work independently. Pay $750–$1,750 per week 25% of eligible gross revenue Weekly settlements Additional performance incentives Actual earnings depend on available freight, completed routes, eligible revenue, and applicable bonuses Responsibilities Safely operate a non-CDL box truck on assigned routes Pick up and deliver palletized freight Operate the liftgate and pallet jack Assist with loading and unloading freight when required Properly secure freight inside the truck Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Follow applicable traffic and safety requirements Use a smartphone for navigation, dispatch communication, and delivery updates Obtain and submit accurate proof of delivery (POD) Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, mileage, and related information Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch Report vehicle, freight, or safety issues promptly Maintain the truck and equipment in a clean and professional condition Qualifications Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle CDL is not required Clean and responsible driving history Previous box-truck, delivery, freight, or commercial driving experience preferred Experience with palletized freight preferred Liftgate and pallet-jack experience preferred Ability to safely load, unload, move, and handle freight Ability to perform physical work associated with deliveries Reliable communication and smartphone use Professional customer-service skills Safety-conscious and dependable About the Work This is more than simply driving a truck . The driver will be responsible for the complete delivery process, including safely handling freight, operating the liftgate and pallet jack, assisting customers when necessary, and completing delivery documentation. The truck is based in McKinney, Texas and does not have a sleeper . Routes may include the DFW/North Texas area and other Texas markets depending on available freight. Performance Incentives Drivers who consistently demonstrate strong performance may earn additional incentives based on factors such as: Safety performance Reliability and attendance Proper completion of delivery documentation Customer service Additional delivery/load performance Independent Contractor This is a 1099 independent-contractor position .
