This posting is for someone who will drive our trucks, lead the crew, and own the customer on site. Hard requirements — you will be asked to verify each one: 21 or older Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years (Ohio license or able to transfer within 30 days) Clean MVR: no DUI/OVI in the last 5 years, no license suspension in the last 3 years, no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, no at-fault accidents in the last 3 years DOT medical card — current, or able to pass the DOT physical before your first drive (we schedule and pay for it) Able to pass a pre-employment MVR pull, background check, and drug screen Comfortable driving a 26-ft box truck in city traffic, tight driveways, and apartment complexes; experience with trucks 20,000+ lbs strongly preferred Able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet 8–10 hours We run your MVR before the interview. What you'll actually earn You come in at Tier 4 — Crew Lead/Driver , the top of our 4-tier career ladder. That means you skip the helper tiers and start at driver pay, with a structured review at Day 30, Day 60, 6 months, and annually so you know exactly when your next raise conversation is. Bonuses on top of base pay: Cash bonus for every 5-star Google review that names you (drivers lead the customer relationship, so drivers earn the most of these) Quarterly bonus for a clean damage record Referral bonus when you bring in someone we hire Weekend pay premium paid directly to you on top of your hourly rate 100% tip pass-through — cash, card, Afterpay, doesn't matter.
