Non-CDL 26' Box Truck Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Non-CDL 26' Box Truck Driver to join our dynamic delivery team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely operating a box truck to deliver goods efficiently and on time, ensuring excellent customer service throughout each interaction. Your focus will be on adhering to traffic regulations, managing manual handling tasks, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. Duties Safely operate a 26-foot box truck in compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws Load, unload, and secure cargo using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Execute timely deliveries to various customer locations, ensuring proper handling of goods during transit and at delivery points Verify delivery orders, complete delivery paperwork accurately, and update mobile devices with delivery statuses Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, moving stock within the warehouse, and preparing shipments for dispatch Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and customers to coordinate routes and resolve any delivery issues promptly Practice safe lifting practices and manage weight handling in the workplace to prevent injuries during manual handling tasks Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with knowledge of route driving and customer service excellence Warehouse experience including material handling equipment operation such as forklifts and pallet jacks Ability to drive a commercial truck with manual transmission while adhering to DOT regulations and traffic laws Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, moving items, and working in warehouse environments Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; familiarity with van or box truck driving preferred Proficiency in using mobile devices for route navigation, delivery updates, and communication purposes Knowledge of safe lifting practices, weight handling in the workplace, and proper use of manual handling equipment Join us as a Non-CDL 26' Box Truck Driver if you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service while maintaining safety standards!
