Job Summary ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for CDL-A drivers to join our regional team based in Schertz, TX . WHY THIS POSITION: Regional account — one of the most consistent, high-volume freight networks in the south central areas Home weekly with the possibility of home weekends Driver Performance Bonus on top of base pay PAY: Average weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,600 Stop pay: $15.00 Driver Performance Bonus available Weekly mileage: 2,000 – 3,000 miles JOB DETAILS: Position: Dedicated — Solo Freight: Drop and hook 80% Live load and unloads Home Time:Home Weekly, for 34-hour restarts Shift: Both Day/Night shifts are available EQUIPMENT: Dry Van trailers Specialized equipment: None REQUIREMENTS: Valid CDL-A license No endorsements required Owner-operators not accepted Must be at least 21 years old RESPONSIBILITIES: Safely operate a CDL-A Dry Van tractor-trailer Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate ELD electronic logs Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip progress and layovers HOW TO APPLY We respond to every applicant within 24 hours.
