Build your skills, earn while you learn, and still have regular time at home with family Pay & Compensation Average pay: $1,400 - $1,800/week Estimated annual pay: $74,000 - $94,000 Unload pay: $100 CPM: 60¢ - 62¢ (based on experince) Average miles: 2,100 - 2,400 per week Home Time Home every week for 2 consecutive days Orientation One day long $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire Transportation and hotel provided Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment Freight Run regional routes across Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah , hauling touch freight with Rotocarts designed to make loading and unloading easier and require minimal physical effort. Stay on consistent regional routes with consistent year-round freight Benefits Pet & Rider program Safety equipment provided Dental, Vision & Medical insurance 401(k) with match Weekly direct deposit Disability, Life, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage Benefits eligibility begins after 30 days Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) No prior driving experience required recent CDL grads encouraged to apply Minimum age of 21 years old Valid DOT medical card Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements Must reside within 60 miles of Chandler, GA Legally authorized to work in the United States Why apply with US?
