Pay & Compensation Average pay: $1,300 – $1,800/week Estimated annual pay: $68,000 - $94,000 CPM: 50¢ – 65¢ (increases 1 CPM annually, maxing out after 15 years) Average miles: 2,500 – 2,800 per week Home Time Home every 12 days for 2 consecutive days Orientation One day long $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire Transportation and hotel provided Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment Freight Haul dry freight throughout the Midwest and Southern states with 100% no-touch loads . Benefits Pet & Rider program Safety equipment provided Dental, Vision & Medical insurance 401(k) with match Weekly direct deposit Disability, Life, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage Benefits eligibility begins after 30 days Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License ( CDL-A ) No prior driving experience required recent CDL grads encouraged to apply Minimum age 21 , per FMCSA interstate driving requirements Valid DOT medical card Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements Must reside within 150 miles of Arlington, TX Legally authorized to work in the United States Why apply with US?
