No Experience Class A Truck Drivers – $1,300–$1,500 Weekly Location: Garland, TX (Dallas County) Contact: Anne Cleaves at (945) 425-5552 What You’ll Do Run OTR reefer freight on lanes like TX to TN, TX to IL, TX to GA, and PA to VA Average 1,800 to 2,000 miles per week Schedule & Home Time Home every two weeks, with 34-hour restarts (depending on your location, home time may vary) Pay Average weekly pay: $1,300 to $1,500 Sliding pay scale: standard OTR mileage pay scale that goes up with experience Stop pay: $25 per stop Unload pay: $25 for the first extra stop Short haul pay: same as OTR Guaranteed pay for 3 months after your first solo dispatch Driver performance bonus Benefits & Perks Eligible drivers may qualify for the following benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Prescription drug and supplemental coverage 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation and paid time off Holiday benefits, where applicable Pet rider program Approved passenger rider program Driver Requirements CDL‑A license 120 hours of driving school (within last 2 years) Pass DOT physical (urine & hair test) Clean driving record (minor issues OK) Contact Anne Cleaves for more information about the position and application process.
