No Experience CDL A Regional Truck Driver OPENING We are hiring full-time CDL-A night drivers out of Elk Grove, CA. Run preloaded freight from Sacramento into Southern California, get home on a regular rotation, and reset at home. Trainees and first-seat drivers are both welcome, and no endorsements are required. PAY Average weekly pay: $1,400–$1,500 Weekly mileage: 2,300–2,700 miles CPM rate: $0.54 to start, with raises every year based on experience (see scale below) Stop pay: $15 per stop, first stop is free Unload pay: $15 JOB DETAILS Position: Dedicated | Full-Time Lane: Sacramento to Southern California Freight: Preloaded, mainly complete deliveries. A load gets shuttled to you, you deliver to the stores, then head back for another. Home Time: Ideally home every other day, with a 34-hour restart at home. Some runs may keep you out longer. REQUIREMENTS Valid CDL-A license Trainee or first-seat experienced drivers welcome No endorsements required Must live within 30 miles of Elk Grove, CA RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate a CDL-A truck on dedicated routes Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD logs Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Communicate with dispatch on trip progress WHY THIS POSITION?
