THE POSITION Full-time local CDL-A driving position based in San Bernardino, CA Average of 2,190–2,250 miles per week 5–6 working days per week Home every day 100% no-touch freight Drop-and-hook operations with no unloading or dock work ROUTES & SERVICE AREA Operate throughout San Bernardino, CA and surrounding areas Local routes covering nearby communities and the greater regional area Regular stops in the surrounding service areas Dispatch operates Monday through Saturday BENEFITS & PERKS Medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 30 days 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Passenger program: one approved rider, age 7 or older Pet-friendly policy allowing one approved pet Driver referral bonus program DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS Valid Class A CDL with a good driving record Must be at least 21 years old Entry-level drivers welcome – no previous experience required Minor violations may be considered individually Must successfully complete a DOT physical and drug screening Must be legally authorized to work in the United States DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate an assigned Class A day cab on local routes Perform drop-and-hook pickups and deliveries along designated routes Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate ELD records and comply with Hours of Service regulations Follow DOT requirements and company safety procedures Communicate regularly with dispatch throughout the workday INTERESTED IN JOINING THE TEAM?
