No Experience Class-A CDL Driver - Regional Routes Job Type: Full-time New CDL-A drivers are encouraged to apply and gain hands-on experience through regional driving. With weekly home time , you can develop your skills, grow your confidence on the road, and build your future without putting family time on hold Pay & Compensation Average pay: $1,600 - $1,900/week Estimated annual pay: $84,000 - $100,000 Unload pay: $250 CPM: 85¢ - 100¢ (based on experience) Average miles: 1,500 - 1,700 per week Home Time Home every week for 2 consecutive days Orientation One day long $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire Transportation and hotel provided Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment Freight Cover regional routes throughout the Northwest , handling dry touch freight with roller equipment that helps simplify loading and unloading.
