Start at $0.60 per mile with raises built in, run steady freight with plenty of drop and hook, and get home on a schedule you can plan around. Experienced first seat or trainee, we have a truck for you. PAY Average weekly pay: $1,500 (about $78,000 a year at that rate) CPM rate: $0.60 to start, up to $0.70 cpm Weekly mileage: 2,800 to 3,000 miles Short haul pay: $25 for loads under 50 miles Stop pay: $10.00 per stop JOB DETAILS Position: Dedicated Driver | Full-Time Equipment: Reefer and dry van Territory: West 5 states Home Time: Every two weeks Holidays: Most holidays at home, with freight available if you want to run through Schedule: Day and night shifts WHAT YOU GET A pay scale that grows: guaranteed raises at 7 months, 13 months, and every year after 40% drop and hook: less waiting, more time rolling Short haul pay on loads under 50 miles, so short runs still pay Both reefer and dry van freight: variety and steady work Holiday flexibility: be home for most holidays, or run through and keep earning Regional lanes in the West 5 states REQUIREMENTS Valid CDL-A license Trainees and experienced first seat drivers accepted No endorsements required Must reside within 50 miles of Lathrop CA, Sumner WA, Grandview WA, Salt Lake City UT, or Portland OR Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate a CDL-A truck on regional routes Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate ELD electronic logs Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip progress WHY THIS POSITION?
