Desired Skills & Experience Must have 1–3 years of automotive parts experience, ideally in a high-volume dealership setting. Must have hands-on experience using CDK dealership management software for invoicing and tracking. Look up OEM parts quickly and accurately using Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC) and VIN numbers. Handle a high volume of incoming wholesale orders via phone, email, and online platforms. Answer busy multi-line phones efficiently to provide fast quotes, pricing, and availability to commercial clients. Greet and assist walk-in wholesale customers and fleet buyers with minimal wait times. Organize parts deliveries and coordinate dispatch times with local hot-shot drivers. Process customer returns and core credits accurately while verifying original invoices. Work closely with warehouse staff to pull parts, restock shelves, and maintain an organized inventory. Handle daily cash, credit, and charge account transactions securely through the POS system.
