NIGHT WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Night Team Member to join our warehouse operations. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of goods during the night shift, focusing on order picking, shipping and receiving, and overall materials handling. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse environments and be comfortable operating various equipment to facilitate efficient operations. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, to load and unload materials. Perform order picking using RF scanners and ensure accuracy in fulfilling orders. Assist in shipping and receiving tasks, including inspecting incoming goods and preparing outgoing shipments. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards. Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production goals and ensure timely completion of tasks. Conduct routine maintenance checks on heavy equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Handle materials efficiently while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and equipment operation. Requirements Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of warehouse management systems. Experience as an order picker or in materials handling is highly desirable. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including cranes and forklifts, is a plus. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift. Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes within a warehouse setting is advantageous.
