Night Warehouse Manager

Overview Lead night-shift warehouse operations and keep inventory, shipping, and order fulfillment moving safely and efficiently. You’ll guide teams across warehouse management, distribution operations, and transportation coordination, using clear communication and sound planning to meet operational needs. Your impact: Strong inventory control and dependable order fulfillment help customers and downstream teams receive the right materials on time. Duties Supervise warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and warehouse distribution; set priorities and coordinate team coverage. Plan transportation and freight activity, working with carriers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers Use enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (Encompass), warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and Microsoft Office to track work and support supply chain analytics. Improve processes through Lean practices and continuous improvement; oversee process management, logistics management, and distribution management. Requirements Warehouse supervisor experience and experience supervising or managing teams in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations. Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, transportation management, and order fulfillment. Experience with budgeting, P&L, transportation planning, and warehouse or operations management. Strong managerial communication and ability to coordinate priorities across teams and supply chain partners. Familiarity with ERP systems, WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office; experience with Lean and process improvement is preferred.
