Night Warehouse coordinator
Shinwon* Job Description - Coordinate daily staff assignments and monitor attendance and work progress. - Adjust task assignments within approved plans to meet daily workload requirements. - Maintain and verify receiving, shipping, and inventory records in MES. - Use Excel to prepare staffing, inventory, and daily operations reports. - Coordinate delivery schedules and documentation with customers and carriers. - Investigate inventory discrepancies and escalate staffing or operational issues. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to use MES for daily warehouse transactions and reporting. Responsibilities include warehouse staff coordination, attendance tracking, and work assignment monitoring, with increasing authority and accountability at higher grades.
